At Derma One Cosmetics, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, quickly, and reliably across Pakistan.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently offer delivery across Pakistan, including major cities and most residential areas.

Delivery availability may vary for remote areas depending on the courier service.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

  • In some cases, our team may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch.

  • Once your order has been shipped, tracking details may be shared through SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Areas: 3–6 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

These are estimated delivery times and may vary due to weather, public holidays, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, Derma One Cosmetics may offer free shipping promotions or free shipping on selected orders.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible locations in Pakistan.

For COD orders, customers are required to provide a valid and reachable phone number so that the order can be confirmed before dispatch.

6. Delivery Tracking Procedure

Once your order has been dispatched, Derma One Cosmetics will provide you with a tracking number through SMS, WhatsApp, or email, where available.

You can track your order using the following procedure:

  1. Wait for Dispatch Confirmation:
    You will receive a notification once your order has been handed over to our courier partner.

  2. Receive Your Tracking Number:
    Your tracking number will be shared with you along with the courier details, where available.

  3. Track Your Shipment:
    Visit the courier company's official tracking website and enter your tracking number to view the latest shipment status.

  4. Tracking Updates:
    Tracking information may take some time to appear after the parcel has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for the first tracking update.

  5. Delivery Status:
    You can use the tracking information to check whether your parcel is in transit, out for delivery, delivered, or experiencing a delivery exception.

  6. Tracking Issues:
    If your tracking information has not been updated for more than 48 hours, or you experience any issue with your shipment, please contact our customer support team with your order number and tracking number.

Important: Delivery times shown by the courier are estimates and may change due to operational delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including:

  • Full name

  • Complete delivery address

  • City

  • Active phone number

Derma One Cosmetics will not be responsible for delivery delays or additional charges caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable delivery address.

8. Delayed or Failed Delivery

Although we work with reliable courier partners, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control.

If a delivery attempt fails because the customer is unavailable, unreachable, or refuses to receive the parcel, additional delivery charges may apply for re-shipment.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your parcel at the time of delivery whenever possible.

If you receive a parcel that appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos/videos of the parcel

  • Photos/videos of the product and packaging

We will review the issue and assist you according to our return and replacement policy.
