At Derma One Cosmetics, we want you to have a positive shopping experience. Please review the following policy before placing your order.

Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of skincare and cosmetic products, returns may only be accepted in cases where the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the product and packaging so that we can review the issue.

Opened or Used Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened or used, unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will review the case and inform you about the applicable refund or replacement process.

Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return or refund.
